"Waiting on me" has gotten an upgrade

As you know, we recently introduced a new status in the platform called “Waiting on me”. This indicates that a task is waiting for you in regards to one of your vendors.

It might seen like a small tweak but this upgrade to "Waiting on me" can have a BIG impact on your vendor management:

• you can easily see what the situation with your vendor is,  why we're waiting on you and how to resolve it.
• this, in turns, speeds up your vendor management process.
• the task tread is visible for your entire team so they can see the original task description, who from your team responded, and so on.
• replying to your Privacy Success Manager has never been easier with a click of a button from within the platform.
